A lot of people are upset with our man Obama. We are learning that a president, no matter how brilliant, cannot get good honest change enacted without congress muddying it up.
The problem is the concessions being made to get big legislation through. It sounds good to add health care and the financial bill to his list of accomplishments, but if neither of them create effective change, change for the better, they become just more legislation. We need to stop corporate influence in congress.
