I'm confused. The conservatives have come out with their budget cuts to balance our budget. They have proposed $32 billion in cuts. If the deficit in 2011 is going to be close to the 1.294 trillion for 2010, $32 billion is not going to put a dent in it.

Feb 10: I just read they are upping the cuts to $100 billion. That's over a trillion dollars short of a balanced budget. Where is the balanced budget we were promised by conservatives?
